Procedures:
Complete your visa application form – PERDIM 22 (which can be obtain at the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia) with the following documents through the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia:

Passport valid at least 6 (six) months.
Letter of invitation or letter of guarantee from sponsors during stay in Indonesia (for tourist purpose - booking hotel).
Letter of statement from employer which has stated the monthly salary or bank statement (to proof that the applicants have sufficient funds to finance the living costs in Indonesia)(in English or with translation into English).
Copy of return ticket or booking print out.
1 (one) piece of photograph, in size of 3 x 4 for each application form.
A child under 18 years old who is going to travel without parents/legal guardian, should provide power of attorney from the parents/legal guardian which authorizes the certain person will accompanying his/her child to affirm that the parents/legal guardian have no objections regarding their child’s trip (legalized by the notary).
For children without personal passport, but included to the passport of the parent and applying for visa is necessary to fill the visa application form, attach bookings and pay visa fee.

Application form can be submitted to the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia, 26/1 Saraishyk Street, Diplomatic Village, 010017 – Astana.
Submission time: 09.30 – 12.30 (during Ramadan 10.30-12.30)on working days (except on Kazakhstan and Indonesia’s national holidays).

Process of visa will take 3 (three) and up working days.
Retrieval time: 16.00 – 17.00 working days (except on Kazakhstan and Indonesia’s national holidays).
 
Visa fees: US$ 50,00/application (in exact amount and must be paid in US Dollar only).
Granting of visa is depending on completing and fulfilling all the required documents. Mentioned list of documents is actual for SINGLE entry visa, and maximum possible provided length of stay is 2 (two) months.
To apply for multiple entry visa or visa with length of stay exceeding 2 months the applicant must have previously taken approval from Immigration Directorate of Indonesia.
